I never thought much about photography before I took the class. I had only enrolled to fulfill my credit requirements for graduation. Within two days of being in photography I could tell that I would love it. I didn't love it because I was the best, I loved it because there really wasn't a right or wrong, It was all about creativity and getting your vision across. 

It's been a little over a year since I was in that first photography class. Since then photography has become my favorite hobby. I love shooting portraits and capturing people's emotions. Some of my favorite pictures were not planned. I often find myself just whipping my phone out and starting to shoot. While I do not have a digital camera yet, I am excited to purchase one so I can grow into a better photographer. I enjoy this hobby and I am grateful that I came across it.
